The company is one of the leading non-bank wealth solutions firms in India and has been ranked amongst the top three non-bank mutual fund distributors in India by gross commission earned in Fiscal 2020. It serves a wide spectrum of clients through a mix of wealth solutions, financial product distribution and technology solutions. The company provides services primarily through its flagship Private Wealth (PW) vertical where it manages INR260.58 billion in AuM as on March 31, 2021. Its clients or active client families include client families/groups with at least INR5 million in cumulative AuM.
The company commenced activities in Fiscal 2002 as an AMFI registered mutual fund distributor and has evolved into providing solutions to its clients by facilitating investments in financial instruments through an objective driven process. As of March 31, 2021, PW vertical caters to 6,109 active client families, serviced by a team of 233 RMs (including 8 RMs working on contractual basis). As on March 31, 2021, 52.3% of its clients have been associated with it for over 3 years, representing 72.2% of its total PW AuM. The company is currently present across 11 cities in India, namely, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Chandigarh, Jodhpur and Noida and has a representative office in Dubai.
